What is the difference between CDR and CDRW?
Other than the normal CDR's are write once and its done and the CDRW's are rewritable and erasable. I wanna know why certain cd's only play in my car or on the computer and no where else.
CDR allows you to burn your data to the limitations of the CDs capacity.
However, a CDRW allows your to erase the contents and re-write again.
CDR - Permanent Data
CDRW - Erasable Data
For your car. It depends on the CD players specifications. Most CD players are not usually happy with CDRW
