   yes, it is called distilled water. and there are many many many issues with doing this. To name a few, water is less dense then mineral oil thus making it easier to enter capacitors and if any charged contaminant (dust or something) enters the water, it makes all of it conductive. Im not trying to sound rude.. im just pointing some things out. thank you for the suggestion. Also, I have built a mineral oil PC it is on my brothers channel because we did it before I had a channel.

    did you know that pure H2O doesn’t conduct electricity. you could basically do what a lot of people do with oil but with water. if you could do that on a old amd opteron or something like that, I would be a subscriber forever.
