I got a called by …
I got a called by automated telemarketer. They didn’t give me the option to be put on the do not call list so I pressed 1 for an operator. I waited for a while, while watching a video over the internet. When the operator answered I requested right away to be put on the do not call list. He decided to be rude so I put the phone up to the speaker & cranked the volume. Next time they called they had an do not call option.

Agents at sprint …
Agents at sprint customer service have goals per month. they are allowed to give a ratio of $1.00 per call as adjustment, any more, and they get suspended for three days for being out of goal. So when customers call in for help with bill, even if it is sprints fault, the rep will twist things around, and find a way to transfer the call to a different dept. for them to deal with. and around and around they will go. It is not the reps fault, just sprint throwing them into a death game with you
