How can I delete everything of my sony vaio laptop without a disc ?

I want it to be like when I first got my laptop wipe everything of it !

i believe that if you hold F11 while rebooting the computer it should take you to a recovery partition on the hard drive. that will allow you to reformat the hdd to factory settings in other words put it back to the way you bought it if that doesn't work feel free to email me (dmanshouse@yahoo.com) ima x fire-dog tech (circuit city pc tech) that's the most basic way there may be some others.

Sometimes when I use the Wireless Network connection on my acer notebook aspire 5580, the Intel PRO Wireless 3945ABG WiFi Radio Adapter Shut Off automatically without me switching it off.
I need to restart tp solve the problem.
Can someone help me in this?
Must I install any updates for this driver?
Please help.
it's not excluded that a virus disconnects your adapter. Do a full virus check in DOS mode.
Now, does it adapter shuts down or just the connection breaks? What it writes? "....connection is disconnected" or the wifi icon in the bottom-right side of the screen dissapears?
